Can you girls help me get an idea of what I can expect to spend for hair and make-up. My mom thinks its crazy to spend over 300, but I told her thats about the going rate. I want someone who comes to the house. Can you girls post or FM me your quotes and who the quotes are from? Im in Suffolk, im not sure if they makes a difference.
I was thinking of going for a trial with Mia from BL any positive or neg feed back on her? Again you can FM me if you dont wanna post it. Thank you so much.

I dont know about hair cuz my mom is a hair dresser so I never paid to get my hair done. But for makeup I think that you can expect 100-150 for a brides makeup.

My makeup is being done by my Mary Kay Lady and for me plus 3 BM's and my mom - it's totalling $350.
Hair - i'm not sure - but our girl is WONDERFUL - we're using Daniella at the Lemon Tree in Lindenhurst....my mom has used her for YEARS!!!!!

I feel the same way. I am having a very hard time checking this off the list. I am a bargain hunter and this is painful. I think I am looking at 350 for a MU artist to come to the house (MOB, MOG, 2BM, Me). For hair I am trying my moms salon and my fingers are crossed bc it is only 50 (and 50 for trial). None of this is for sure yet. good luck

check out fresh face forward - i know they come to your house, and one girl does hair, one does makeup. i have a trial scheduled with them, so i can't say for sure how they are - but ill update next week!!!

My hair and makeup will come to around 200, the BMs will be about 150 each. But they hair and makeup artists are coming to our hotel; it's cheaper if you go to the salon.
