hair/make-up trials

How many of each did you/are you planning to do? How early did you start doing trials?

I'm going to start doing them about 10 months before, and I guess I'll do as many as it takes to get it right lol!

I got my makeup done for my epics (about 1 year before my wedding) and ended up booking the makeup artist on the spot.

If you want a particular makeup artist or hair person I'd do it sooner, rather than later, to make sure you get that person.

I knew I wanted Oksana, so I made sure to book her a year in advance.

one of each. i did make up in august. i have not had my hair trial yet, but i'm not shopping around for a stylist... i think if you're trying to decide who to use it would be better to do it earlier rather than later.

i already booked my people but I havn't gebun trials yet. I know it sounds like I am doing this backwards but I know who I wanted I have used both before. I plan on doing the trials like 6 months before

one of each....although i did two hair trials with the same person bc at the first one i didn't have my hair clip or veil and i wanted to try it again with it.

I started around the year mark. I did three and hated the first two so I did the third and loveddd it

I havent done any yet. My hair I know my SIL/MOH will be doing but Idont know about makeup. I wish I can do my own makeup because I really dont want to spend $125 on it.

Does anyone know anyone cheaper.? It will only be for me. My mom doesnt want her makeup done and my MOH says she will hers do it herself.

I did my makeup trial last month for my e-pics to kill two birds with one stone. I am going to do my hair trial closer to the wedding, a few months before.
