How much is everyone spending on hair & makeup? What I'm getting quoted for sounds very pricy.

Re: hair/makeup $
$0.00
my MOHs sister (who I've known for 20 years) is doing my hair as a gift.. I'm just paying for supplies (like extensions) as for make up, her friend (who i've known for a long time) is doing it... i think. not sure how much she'll charge me, but worst case scenario, I'll do my own... I do my own stage makeup for dance and I did mine for my epics... so I have confidence in myself.

I wouldn't mind spending that much for the day of. It's just that so many of the places I've looked into in Brooklyn are charging that same amount for the trial. It's ridiculous!
