I'm debating giving hair and makeup being done as my gift to my BM's and MOH. But, some have really short hair, or hair you cant' do much with... should I do this for them? My MOH also let me know that it may be very $$ for me to do this. Or, I can let the girls decide if they want hair and makeup done and they can come to my house on the day to do it while I get mine done... and I can just give them a different gift..??

I, personally wouldn't do this as my BM gift. Your girls may not really want it. They may want the choice of doing it themselves or going to their own salon.
You can always give them the option of having it done together (at the group rate price) and if they are all on board then maybe go for it. But I am sure it will be very expensive.

I am paying for my BMs and MOH's hair and makeup, but that's because I want their hair and makeup done. If I didn't really care then I would just have given them the option of getting their hair and make-up done and not pay for them. I'm still getting them a gift though.

I'm doing this for all my bridesmaids and Mom. My Mom has super short hair and she'll be 'getting it done'. They're basically going to curl a few pieces and totally overcharge for it, but it'll make her feel 'done up' and her happiness means the world to me
I think girls always like to feel their prettiest so I saw go for it!!

Yeah, I have 5 girls and then my MOH, and the FH told me it may be very $$ to pay for everyones. So, I think I will ask them if they want it done, and then get a separate gift.
