Hair/Makeup Tips

What percentage did you (or are you planning on) tipping for hair and makeup??

Hair is costing $200, makeup is costing $150, they are both traveling to me if that info helps.

i get confused here, doesnt take much for me
If they are pocketing all of the cash for my hair and my girls hair, should they still also get 20% tip?

I feel like if they are pocketing the $, then why should they get the 20% tip. I'm not sure if I'm giving my makeup artist 20% tip that day.
