How much do you plan on tipping your Hair/Makeup people on the day of the wedding?

I'm trying to figure this one out, I'm paying for everyone's makeup and then have my hair

When i go to the salon, i always do 20%, but since both of these girls own both the companies and the cash goes right in their pocket, i'm thinking like $20-$30 each
