Ladies, for those of you who had trial and weren't happy with the trial or wanted to have a second one with someone else for comparison....what did you tell the first person? Did you make up and excuse about getting back to them later or were you honest that you still have other trials before making a decision?
I had my hair trial done 2x by one person. I liked it, but I didn't love it. I knew what I had in mind and it just wasn't working. I eventually just went somewhere else, and happened to love it. I cancelled the first vendor, didn't explain anything, wished her well, and lost my deposit. It was nothing against the first person, It's just that it is the one day where I will actually care about my hair and I didn't want to risk being unhappy. This first vendor was excellent to work with start to finish and was very professional about it. I would still highly reccomend her. I just happened to find someone who was more in tune with the look I wanted.
