half a check, but thank god!

half a check, but thank god!

So for our bouquets, I'm making these awesome chiffon flowers - ruffled is a fantastic blog for anyone with similar DIY/vintage tastes, fyi! - and the assembly is easy and the finished product comes out beautifully.

My half a check is I *finally* finished cutting 10 yards of organza & chiffon into the petal shapes. FH thought I was crazy, but it was worth it...although my cutting hand really hurts lol. Plus, now I can keep everything in their separate pieces for months until I feel like making the bouquets and then that set of flowers is completely done.

I know it's silly but I loooovveee crossing things off a to-do list, even the little things

Tomorrow FH & I are going to spray paint our mason jars - excited

aww thanks! I was so annoyed because while those flowers are really pretty, I found pictures of a girl who had created just one *BIG* crepe paper flower for her and her BMs. They were perfect for my style and wayyy easier lol.
