Girlfriend of mine is getting married and wants to know if it is proper if you invite people to a ceremony at a hall but not the reception to follow?
What do you think girls?

As far as I know if anyone wants to come to the ceremony they are welcome, but personally if you are not inviting them to the reception I would not give them a formal invitation.
