Hall is booked Now what?

Finally we signed the hall contract this weekend. I don't know what to do next. I am getting married In July '06 so I have time but any suggestions on what to do now would be great. Thanks

I would do either the photographer or the music. Both could be done now, the good ones get booked fast!

Well, you still have some time, but i'd go for Photography and a DJ/band next. That way, you should be able to get 'first dibs' on what you want since you've still got time.

You may also want to look into calling hair and make-up artists.

Are you getting married in a Church? If so, that needs to be done ASAP.

If not I'd start with Band, Photographer, or Flowers

music and photographer are the most important to do now. everything else can wait a little while.

Music or photographer first. They book the fastest.

I did the band next and once that was done I started with the photographer and videographer.... I'm also starting to go look at dresses. good luck!

I would do either photgrapher/vidoegrapher, dj, or flowers.

Perhaps you can start to look into the band and photo/video. If you book them this year, you will lock in these prices. Every year the prices go up.

jng268 your wedding is right before mine at the Carltun and sounds like you have already done so much!! I guess I have to get going! Did you choose a florist yet?

I booked my photographer next. I am a photo fanatic and wanted to make sure I got who I wanted. Then I just booked my DJ.
