I am so excited!!! One of the local Hallmark stores in my area is closing down and everything was 75% off! I went crazy. It might sound cheap, but I'll admit to it: I bought anniversary cards, birthday cards, love cards... just ones that I know I'll use over the next year and I got them for around $.50 each! I also bought some candle sticks, votives, wrapping paper, a candle snuffer, a christmas ornament...all for $22!!! I am so impressed! Now I have to find someplace to put all the cards...

You dont sound cheap at all, you sound like a smart shopper who stocked up when they found a bargain. Cards are so expensive, usually $22 would get you 4, maybe 5 cards. Good for you.

You don't sound cheap by any means. I did the same thing when an American Greetings store by my old job was closing and they had a huge sale. I too, stocked up on cards. I spent like $5 on 30 greeting cards (birthday, anniversary, etc.)
