i'm looking to see which halls offer more choices for the entrees.. i know westbury manor offers 7 and so does fox hollow.. anyone know how many sand castle offers?

Douglaston Manor offers at least 5 options on their 'regular' package.
Most halls will let you add more choices if you are willing to pay more.

i'm seriously looking for a place that offers salmon and also offers shrimp.. don't ask me why, cause i prob won't eat either day of... and one hall i remember offered shrimp and salmon as a combination plate.. i just can't remember which one..

These are always selections you can add onto your menu (at most halls).
Douglaston Manor gave guests a choice of 5 entrees (I think), but you could choose those 5 from a selection of like 12 or 15!
Halls that do more than one wedding at a time are more apt to offer this, since there are other parties going on (and presumably, they'd have all different selections anyway).

it is alot but thats why I picked it I really wanted my guests to have options. Oh and they actually have salmon and shrimp

Leonard's offers 6 selections (if you get the upgraded menu).. and salmon and shrimp are included in the 6 (separate dishes though)

Chateau Briand offers 6-7 options. Same owners (Scotto Brothers) as Fox Hollow and WM

Larkfield Manor offers more than 3 options, I think it's 5 plus a vegetarian option.

Thatched Cottage, if I'm remembering correctly, offers like 9 or 10. And they definitely have lots of sea food to offer.

sand castle and floral terrace offer 6, they have everything you can imagine, my family loves to eat so the place was perfect for me.
