Would you wear a necklace or no necklace? I was thinking no necklace cause I have these beautiful chandalier earrings, and I think it's just too much.
Also hair up hair down?

i wouldnt wear a necklace unless it was a solitaire or something very simple. but earings would be perfect. and your hair you can do either way i think

I wouldn't wear a necklace...I think the chandelier earrings are enough with a halter.

When I picture halter, I picture no necklace, beautiful earrings and hair up. JMO
