hamlet willow creek - any one get married there?

i feel like everytime i ask about my hall , all i hear is crickets...can someone please fm me their personal review of their wedding at hamlet or post it here...please...

I did!!!! but haven't had a chance to review it yet (got back last night from Italy)

All I can say to sum it up was AMAZING!!!!

So far everyone I or my parents have spoken to loved it, during dinner I looked around the room and it was so quiet.... I have never seen it so quiet during dinner... everyone was eating... the food was delicous. I don't think many people had the chicken, but the chilean seabass and filet mignon was outstanding. Every detail was taken care of and perfect, Barbara is GREAT and takes care of you. Plenty of food, CH and dinner. Our dishes weren't taken away from us after each course if we didn't make it back to our seats in time, they just covered them for us.

The hall itself was beautiful! the sunset from the deck was so beautiful, make sure to take pictures during it. As for the CH being inside (and out depending on the weather) there was no problem or complaints. I had around 170 people and there was plenty of room to mingle and eat. Some stations were inside and others outside.

The staff were so nice and if you needed anything they were right there. The bridal attendant.... I don't know how she does it but everytime I needed something she just appeared. I was having problems with my bustle all night and while talking to someone it just fell off on one side. Well I tried to fix it and as soon as I touched it she came and fixed it and then was off again. They are very observant to your needs.

The only thing I will suggest (and strongly) make sure you and your FH steal away even for 5 minutes and go outside to just look at the sky, the pond whatever, we did this after everyone left because everytime I reached the door I got called back in. Take 5 minutes alone and absord it all!

believe it or not the CH in the lobby turned out to be fine. There was plenty of space and I guess for me it was summer so no one had coats to check in. The votives were placed on a round table in the center of the room and the food on the outer edges. I got no complaints directly or throught the good old grapevine.

I'll be going to a wedding there in 2 weeks, I'll make sure to take lots of pics and make lots of observations.
