Has anyone been to a wedding at Hamlet Willow Creek? It's a fairly new place and I just wanted to see what you thought...

I know someone who works for the Hamlets. They told me the Hamlet willow creek puts on a really nice wedding, and the food is great. I am acutally getting married at the one in Hauppauge.

I'm very biased bc I am getting married there! However, I know 2 people who have been to weddings there and they said nothing but great things about the atmosphere, service and food (and I did my food tasting before I booked so I can second that the food is AMAZING!!!)

I had my wedding there on October 8th and it was fabulous! I haven't had time to write a full review but words can not describe how wonderful it was. The food was great and a bit unique without being too exotic for everyone's tastes. All my guests commented on how great the service was. The layout and decor are beautiful. Everything is brand new and very elegant. I am an event planner in VA. where I live and I have seen lots of weddings and I must say Hamlet Willow Creek does everything top notch -from the linens to the cocktail hour displays to the wedding cake. I am working on trying to figure out how to scan some pics and then I will post them. It poured my entire wedding day so all my formal shots are in front of the gold drapes in the Ballroom. Thank goodness they matched my color scheme.

My friend got married there in Dec. It was fantastic! the food was great and so was the service. The only thing was the cocktail hour was in the lobby, as it was too cold to be outside. Just outstanding! I have been to a ton of LI weddings, that was the best venue so far by far!
