Please Help! We have held a date 4 our wedding at the Hamlet Windwatch Golf Club. We need 2 make a decision by May 30, 2004. The only problem is our concern about the food. They will not allow a tasting till 2 months prior 2 the weddding so, if anyone outthere knows how the food & place itself is 4 a wedding could U please give some comments B4 Sun. Im getting married there too. I know exactly how you feel. My only reassurance was by coincidence. By chance I had the information folder Denise gave me. I brought it into work and a fellow employee saw it and mentioned she got married there recently. I asked her a zillion questions and she answered all of them without hesitation. She even went so far as to send people from her department that were invited to her wedding to give me their opinions. It was then that I was 100% sure I wanted to have my reception there. When do you plan on having your reception? We have a fellow bride here who will be getting married there soon and will give us her review.

I've heard good things about the food, but it was after I booked the place, so who was really going to tell me that it sucked? Anyway, I don't know of any places that will provide a tasting before you book.

Can you just go there and have lunch or dinner or something? Do they have a restaurant?

The food is great...I've been to a wedding there and am getting married there in a few weeks. I just had my tasting too and the food was even better than I remembered!
