Ever been to a wedding there? How was the food? Tell me your experiences, good and bad. Right now this place is my first choice followed closely by the Woodbury CC. I have about 4 more places to check before I make my final decision. The only thing I dont like about the hamlet is the front of the building.

I had my wedding there on 7/5/03. It was, hands down, the best wedding decision I made during the planning process. My wedding was fantastic and that is due in large part to the wonderful staff at the Hamlet. My guests are still raving about the amount, and quality, of the food. I didn't eat much at the cocktail hour or at dinner, which makes me sad because I loved everything they put down in front of us at the tasting.
My brother just booked the North Ritz and I was so bummed. I had been trying to convince him to book the Hamlet so I could go as a guest and eat myself silly

You might want to do a search. Other ladies who had their receptions there, besides me, include Michelle31, Lori, Zac1228 and a bunch of others whose usernames are escaping me. But there used to be frequent Hamlet WW threads, so you can probably find out who the other Hamlet brides are pretty easily.
