Han Anyone Ever Upgraded Their Ring
When you upgrade your ring what happens to the diamond you had originally. Can you sell it to a jeweler or something?

My girlfriend did that and yes I think the jeweler took it like a down payment for the huge one

Or if you have the money I would keep it and make a pendant out of it, or save it for you future children to use as an engagement ring.

You can use it as a trade-in for the new stone. Some people consider that bad luck though, so they keep it and re-set the stone into a pendant.

I really dont know but the idea of resetting it for future use sounds nice.
I wish i could upgrade mine but my FH is deadset against that
