hand painted guest book?

Hi everyone. I have this idea in my head and don't know if it will work out. But I figured I would ask if anyone knows.

For my e-party, I would like to do a guest sign-in book that's special and different. I came up with the line 'Memories, advice and good wishes for the future Mr. and Mrs.' for the cover. We're doing 'a perfect pair' theme so I'd like it to also say our names and a perfect pair. Perhaps also incorporate a picture of us, if that's not asking too much. I found a scrap book at Michael's that has sort of a canvas like cover that would be great for this.

The hand painted image I have in my head looks beautiful, I just dont know if it's possible. Any ideas of a person or vendor how does something like this? I'm also going to post on the vendor board.

shameless bumping...i'm desperate

for our e-party guest book, my mom made it, and also put a pic of us on the cover, and put a sealer over it and glued it down ( i will let you know the name, i forgot it), and just decorated a regular scrap book.....then had different glitter gel pens everyone wrote in
