Hand Written VS Printer

Hand Written VS Printer

What does everyone think? We really can't afford to hire a calligrapher to address our envelopes. Is it really that bad to use a pretty printer font? Do people really notice? My hubby to be and myself have terrible handwriting and it is a lot easier for us to use our computer. What is everyone doing?

I did my invites on the printer and they came out great. Though I would advise against using labels, it's definitely worth hand feeding them in your printer and using a really nice font.

Thanks Karen H *NM*

I love the look of caligraphy, but couldn't justify the extra expense and my attempts to learn it were a failure - my chicken scrath handwritting will never look elegant!

Hi!

Did you use a laser printer or an ink jet printer? I was thinking of doing my invites on the computer but I only have a ink jet printer and wasn't sure how nice it would look. Any info you can offer is much appreciated! Thanks!
