Handyman Recommendation
I have a great handyman if anyone needs one. He was referred to us by a friend and after seeing his work, we gave him a call. We totally trust him so we gave him a key so he can come and go as he pleases to get the projects done.
He is very fairly priced and does quality work. If you suggest something, he is good at explaining the pros and cons, as well as suggestion alternative ways to do it that might save you money.
He'll do most anything. For us he has done our crown, base and window molding in our living room, dining room and hallway. He just starting our painting our foyer and then doing the molding there.
He dables in different trades and works independently. He charges for parts/supplies -- he'll give you receipts so you know he isn't upcharging the costs. And then his labor is based on a daily rate.
