hangover remedies????

OK, so I went to a christening last night that was supposed to end at nine but didnt till like 12. I got sooooooooooooo drunk..omg...and now Im so hungover and I feel so guilty about it. So much going on with my mom and stuff and there I am, drinking away. I needed to let loose and relax for a while but now im hungover and I have to take her to the cemetary for the first time.

I feel so bad not to mention that I was with all work people and I think i was the most gone

So now im worried about Monday and the fool that I think I made of myself. PLus I got the biggest headache and stomach ache and the problems that I tried to drown are back today 48597856 times worse.

Oh well...what do you do to cure hangovers? You think a hot shower will help?? I gotta see mom in an hour and I cant even move

A few remedies that have worked for me:

usually right before sleep I will take 2 excedrine migrains. no headache in the morning

for bathroom problems drink gatoraide

eat breads and crackers. it will absorb the booze in your system

drink water because you can get dehydrated

avoid caffeine and anything with sugar all day

relax

when laying in bed and the room feels like it is spinning, put one leg on the floor while lying down. it sounds silly but it works.

for hiccups, (dont laugh it works) put your fingers in your ears and drink a glass of water. (yes while your fingers are in your ears) how do you drink a glass of water, use your teeth and tilt your head back or have someone help you.

Jerry was guzzling Gatorade this morning - he swears by it.
Also, I've found that greasy food, eggs, bacon, McDonalds is good too!

Jerry was the one who taught me about gatorade! He used to buy the orange one all the time!

Thats what i have right here in front of me! lol

A big soda from McD's or Burger King usually helps me. I don't know why it has to be in one of those paper/wax cups with ice.
