Im up wiritng this post at 5 am bc I can not sleep. Last night was the RD and it was amaZIng. FFIL had it at The Library its the catering hall above Mulcahys. The food was great, the environmnet was beautiful, and the service was awesome. W\e highy rec. it there.
Im sad bc there is going to be thunderstorms tom. The hour by hour say rain 11 am and 1 pm and of course im getting married at one pm. All I ever wnated was an outdoor wedding. Just wish the forcast was sunny and beautiful !!!
Thanks for listening to me vent at oh wait now its 6 am in the morning.

On the technical side, the forecast said SCATTERED storms, which means, yeah, at points it MAY rain. However, that was the forecast for TWO of my friends, and, while there was rain for their weddings, they both experienced some periods of time where there WASN'T. One of them was able to get married on the beach AND get outdoor photos taken; she just went out when the weather cleared!
The first friend didn't get the opportunity to take outdoor pictures, but the good news is this - it was her wedding day, and, being there with her groom and her family, she was just too blissfully happy to even worry about it anymore. The day before with the jitters of the upcoming wedding, she was really nervous and upset, and it's as if it all melted away as soon as she put on her dress and realized, 'Oh, MAN, it's TODAY!!! I'm GETTING MARRIED!!!!'
On the 'worst case scenario' side, which I've resolved we ALL must look at, think of it this way - no matter what happens outside, this'll be the one day you'll have to remember getting married, and don't let bad weather spoil it!!! You'll be marrying the man you love and you'll have everyone you care about there to share it with you. You're blessed!!!

Aww I know how you feel. They forecast passing thunderstorms on my day also but it really turned out to be BEAUTIFUL. They are only calling for passing thunderstorms so even if it rains for an hour or two, you will still have the whole rest of the day!!!! Rain is good luck....everyone should have a sprinkle on their day! Ours ended up raining at like 10pm, u just never know.
On the bright side, it makes for GORGEOUS PICS! Check out the pics we got as the clouds were rolling in.....trust me, it will be ok, your photographer knows exactly what to do....
The forecat this morning said it was going to be a great day! I think it'll be beautiful! If you get a passing shower just consider it showers of blessings
