Happy News!!!

We got pre-approved for a mortgage!!

Thank you Kerry & Betsy! After the GTG I managed to convince DH to go to the bank. Now we just have to start looking!

Thanks everyone!! As for where we are looking . . . as long as it is a decent school district and not all the way out in God's Country I think it will be considered a viable area for us.

YAY! Always best to keep options open! It allows you to see more houses that way to see what you like and what you don't like.
