Happy Sunday...I am a bad former bride!

My husband's friend is getting married. His fiance's shower is like, right now.

Well, she didn't come to my shower and so I wasn't going to go to hers - we sent a gift along with Frank's mom. I have no idea what she is going to say to her about why I'm no there...

So, we go to our favorite eatery and out the girl walks.... and we say Hi and Talk a bit...she comes back to the eatery because she forgot something and she is all dressed up in white...and right now is probably at her shower...

So she knows I'm not doing anything right now AND I didn't go to her shower.... And I have no idea what Frank's mom is going to say (hopefully not that I went back to LI!!!)...

OMG, I feel soooo crummy!!!! How bad is that?

yeah, i wouldn't worry about it. why didn't she come to yours? if it was some cockamamie (is that a word?) excuse, then you definitely shouldn't feel guilty!!!

she works on Saturdays...which is why I wasn't feeling bad about not going to hers... but noing Frank's mom, she'll probably tell her that I went HOME today!!!!

tell her you had a anniversary party you had to go to 2 hours later.. or an hour later..

I wouldnt worry about it at all, I mean she didnt come to yours so Id guess she doesnt consider you two close, so why should she expect you to come to hers?
