Anyone been to a wedding to the Harbor Club in Huntington. I found it to be a little gaudy, but I am open minded if they put on a good wedding and have good food.

we live kinda close to there. i have been to a few functions there. we looked there.. just b/c it is SOOO close to our house. but it was kinda tacky.
i didnt really like it for a nov. wedding. i think maybe for a summer wedding... the outside is really nice!

btw/ the banquet managers were sortof cheesy. they kept on saying - 'wow'
like for ex. 'if you add the viennese - its a 'wow'..

I went to a friend's wedding there...it was okay. The food was good and it is on the water. Not my taste though. The cocktail hr was nice. It was in september so it was still warm and they had it half in and half out. If your 1st instinct is that it is gaudy, then it's not the place for you.
