Hard work does pay off!!!!

I lost 2 lbs and I couldn't be happier! It is sooooo hard just to lose a pound!!!! I'm on a mission!

Thank you ladies!!! I have been doing so much cardio and weights so that helps alot. I also have been taking Hoodia which is the best thing because it is an appetite suppressant.....I need to go down to 120 and I'm currently 135.....It's going to be hard!

Hello ladies, have you tried the HCG diet? Please research it. I haven't bought my dress because I want to loose some more weight. I was 187.5 last January. As of today, I am 159. I couldn't be happier. I waited six weeks and now I am going to start another round to loose at least 20 more pounds. Anyways, I am not an advertising agent or anything. I am just saying, it has worked wonders for me
