Harpist + DJ <=$2K?

I am looking for a harpist for the ceremony and DJ for the reception. is it possible to be under 2K? Please recommend your vendors. Thank you very much!

i think that is doable. it depends on the kind of package you get from your DJ, and what you are looking for? like do you want a DJ/MC combo? or two separate ppl? light show? giveaways? plasma screens? etc.
