I think if it makes you upset and feel uncomfortable it is harassment, especially if they continue to do it after confronting them. I'm sorry to hear you are going through this.

document EVERYTHING. I did this once - I wrote down everything they did, the date, and it worked - they can't argue with hard evidence. If you don't document - they could always deny it.
