Well, I have gone through some body changes (at 26 the weight doesn't stay off as easily as it once did--I have to spend more time in the gym now!). Not the BIG change though, thankfully!

You can get a blood test to see if you are pre-menopausal. There is something over the counter I think, but I don't know the name. It's called peri-menopause and it can happen in your 30's. You could go on this way for 10 years though.

Are you serious. That sucks big time. I told my SIL my symptoms and she said my body is changing then I told my mom and she said the same thing. Both have been through it already.

You body goes through changes every 5-6 years from the start of your menses. Speak to your doctor if you have any questions. Good Luck

and it is NOT fun.
Last night was horrible, I am early for the changes, had the blood tests, and if you want to share stories, FM me....and I have no kids yet...we have to adopt, which is fine w/ me. But hot, cold, cranky, sweet, its like PMSING w/ no cycle or the relief once your cycle starts. It feels like the PMS is longer though. Oh well, and the body is changing too! Where's my WAIST?!
