is it better? I like going to the supermarket but if it saves me time and money I think it would be worth it. And if the stuff is actually fres it would be good no? Any experience

i LOVE fresh direct - i don't have a good supermarket near me in Brooklyn. The produce is very fresh and affordably priced. However, they get you on the 'grocery' items - cleaning supplies, canned goods, stuff like that is WAY overpriced.
Order just the produce (wonderfully fresh fish!) and try it out. I think the first time you order they give you 50 dollars in free groceries...

I use Fresh Direct once in a while - they do deliver in Queens.
Their meat and produce are terrific - Better then the supermarkets!
I have found their prices to be pretty competitive. I don't always find my brand preference, but there's usually an alternative.
They have many 2 hour time frames for delivery and call before they get to you so you are ready.

I love freshdirect...Addicted in fact. There prices are very competitive, food is very fresh. They stand by their products too. If for anyreason you aren't happy they refund you. Nothing better than ordering food straight from your coach and not having to lug all those groceries home.

Same here fresh direct is awesome. I have ordered meat, seafood, veggies, fruit and everything was so fresh and tasted great. They also have a huge selection of coffee that they grind for you the day of delivery. I would recommend to anyone.

I use FreshDirect - it's such a great way to save time and their food is so fresh and tasty! I was very pleased with what I ordered from them.
