I would try CL's actual stores in the city first. He has one on Madison Avenue and another in the West Village on Horatio Street. If the shoe is in stock, they'll definitely be able to get it for you.
I'd also check Bergdorf Goodman, Barney's NY and Saks Fifth Avenue, as the ones in the city tend to get fun shoes from time to time.

it's the Kitty from Christian Louboutin and it comes WITHOUT the flower. The flower are actually pins that I bought separately and added it to make it look wedding-ish...
