been to a wedding where the favor was a donation to a charity? I was originally looking into getting some type of candle, but have started to think what a great idea it is to make a donation instead.
If we do choose to go with a donation, what's the best way of informing our guests? Should we just have a note included on the seating cards?
All opinions and advice would be greatly appreciated.
We are making a donation and plan on making cards to place at each setting with jordan almonds attached to it--
I am still looking for a unique way to say this--
Thanks for the info-- we just dont like the in lieu of because it reminds me of a funeral-- we will think of something- we are honoring my FI sister because we are donating the money to an oprganization that does research on the disease she has and she is alive--that is why it is a little tricky
