i went to adriennes and well i felt like everything they had there was WAY out of my price range... and i have heard some not so good things about their costumer service.

I went to lillettes in Baldwin. I did not have a pleasant experience at all. It was down right terrible. I won't get into all the details. I don't know if others brides just have a lack of experience dealing with bridal stores but, I have to say it was the WORST store I have ever been to. I don't think it's just my opinion because the other 4 brides that were there that day did not look happy at all! They are very cheap though (probably to make up for their terrible service). Most bridal stores will match their price so IMO it's not worth dealing with them.

i was at adriennes 10 years ago for my cousins wedding and didnt make it there this time i was jsut up there..oh well

I bought my dress from adriannes. I had the best of service while i was there. cant complain at all

I bought my gown from Adirennes. And had a wonderful experience both times i was there. Every bridal boutique has people who have had issues.

I went to Adreinnes for my sisters wedding...everything went really well...but when we were there picking up her dress another girl there was ready to kill someone b/c they messed up her alterations the day before her wedding...then my friend went there and they 'lost' her dress for a few weeks...but they ended up finding it in time...so I am up in the air about that place..
