Worked out with a personal trainer? It looks like my FH is getting me one. I'm a little stressed about the $ but FH said he will pay for it. It will be $700 for 10 sessions. Is that a good deal? And I'm so worried this trainer is going to kill me and I am going to go to work crying everyday, will I be to live through 10 sessions?

FH had gotten me one from North shore fitness in East Meadow. It was $450 for 10 1 hr sessions.

That's actually a little expensive - what gym is it at?
Just make sure that you really like the trainer and that the person is a good match for you. Don't be afraid to say something if you don't like the person you are set up with it. I'm a trainer and it happens all the time that we just aren't the right fit for someone, so just make sure you're happy if you're going to invest that much money.

I'd love to have one, but too expensive for my blood
Update***** Everything is going great my trainer kicks my A s s every Sat morning. My body has been hurting all over, so it's working. I love having a trainer.
