Has anyone been sick?

I dont know where I got this from, but I am home today with a stuffy head, runny nose, sneezing, etc I found out my mom is home today too with the same thing. Is anyone else sick. I feel so cooped up today.

I'm not sick, but Dh and my mom both have pneumonia

You might not be sick at all...you might just be suffering from allergies. This might sound gross, but the way to tell is if your nasal mucus is clear = allergies...if not = sick!

I am another one who is sick. My FH was sick all last week and now I have it. Cough, runny nose, pounding headache.

Im not what I call technically sick.. but I had a icky dead feeling last night. Stuffy nose and achy head. Chilled too. Also had what I call wet throat. Its what I called it when my mother was trying to find out if i had mucus in my throat, heh.. sounds SOOO much nicer too.

Took my allergy meds as soon as I remembered where to find them. I'm alright today. Still on my drugs though.

I seem to feel better when im active and at work. Im sure when I get home, I'll crash.

I have had a cold every since Sunday and i'm still battling it. I'm around kids all day so i know that is where i got it from. Feel better. I take Vitamin C every day and its been helpin me a lot!

My husband has been really sick. Luckily I managed to dodge the bullet. My boss has been really sick too - same symptoms. Just what you describe - congestion, very runny nose, really bad cough and no energy at all. He thought it was allergies and took Claritin but that didn't help at all.

DH finally went to the doctor at his own suggestion -a clear sign he really felt sick! When he got there he had a fever of 101º (wasn't evident earlier). He was given an antibiotic and cough syrup and direction to get a chest x-ray if the cough did not clear up over the weekend. Luckily, he's getting better, but every time he pushes himself a little he has a relapse.

So those of you that have this nasty thing going around, get lots of rest, even when you think you're recovering.

so sorry to hear your sick!! It started on Sat. with me and I had thought it was allergies, but I think it's a cold. stuffy nose, my head hurts.. feel liek s h it !!

I am still sick too! This ratlling cough and stuffy head just wont go away!

hubby is so very sick. I get sneezing attacks once in awhile.
I think it is allergies

It sounds like everyone has what I have. My head is pounding right now. I just feel awful.

my poor FH is feeling crappy today. he had a belly ache, stuffy nose, bad headache, scratchy throat and a little cough. he went to the allergist today and they said it was a bad allergy day.
feel better everyone!

I almost feel worse today than yesterday. I feel like my whole week is shot with not getting things done.

I have been battling a cold since last tuesday.
Geno brought it home from Daycare and once he
got over it I suddenly came down with it.
It's awful, headeache, sinus pain and pressure, a cough that goes between dry and mucusy. Aching and chills. I am soooo miserable.

Briarrose - Since last tuesday? I hope this doesnt stick around that long. This is my second day home and I have so much to do. I have the same symptoms as you. I hope you feel better!
