Has anyone been to.......

Sans souci for a wedding...we booked our wedding there, and my insane FMIL has decided to invite everyone she knows to the wedding....
My guest list right now is at 196 OUCH!!! ( i tried and tried to cut it, but I lost!!!!... )
I was planning on no more than 150 that is why we booked it....they say the room holds 180, but I cant possibly see how they can pull off that many people

I've never been there before....but I am at your FMIL comment....welcome to wedded bliss!!! They usually say the whole 15-20% don't show up, but you cant count on that...what about not inviting evereyone with a guest. Just those who are enaged and not inviting anyone under 18? HTH

I thought of not inviting some people with guests, but I always hated when that was done to me...if I was single I never took a date anyway, who wants to baby sit, but I always liked the option...as far as under 18...there is no one under 18 invited, with the exception of my flower girl...
