has anyone been to Cuba or Chiapas

We're thinking of doing a political/education tour in Cuba. Anyone know of any good ones besides Witness for Peace?

Also, I'm planning to volunteer/take language classes in Chiapas, Mexico, and wondering if anyone has been there and can offer advice?
