I LOVE Orlando. I go about once a year. I am a bigger fan of the disney parks, but Universal is much more affordable. When I go to Disney, I usually get the 3 day park hopper. If you are a trooper, you can get all the parks done in 3 days. If you find yourself running out of time, they will let you add on days.

PS...I was there last September and it was BRUTALLY Hot! Make sure you pack lots of shorts, and tank tops.

I went to Orlando last year. I have more fun at Universal..geared a little more towards the older crowd...but if you've never been you HAVE to do Disney. I recommend the park hopper..at disney we only missed the animal park..and at Universal we didn't get a chance to see MGM ![]()
..but during the night it's cool how Universal is set up..tons of restaurants..u can kind of walk through the strip..there's a movie theater..etc..tons to do..I went in July & almost passed out from heatstroke...EXTREMELY hott! ..but have funnnnnn

sea world is great too... they have things you can do like discovery cove and swim with the dolphins, hold penguins, go backstage, dive with stingrays/sharks.... do a little research! they also have a few roller coasters and a new water park.
universal has mostly the high thrill rides and coasters.
i agree though, if you have never been there, you HAVE to go to disney!! the fireworks show is out of this world!

as regard to the passes for disneyland, are their parks you recommend i should see.

magic kingdom has the fireworks i was talking about... and the castle and stuff is so much fun to see. Epcot has a nice water show/fireworks... but i find it kinda boring otherwise.... it's nice to go to at night. Mgm has a handful of rides worth going to, IMO. I actually haven't been to animal kingdom yet. i would recommend definitely seeing Magic Kingdown if you have never been there!

I used to live there and there is a TON to do in Orlando. Besides the actual Disney Parks, Seaworld, and Universal, there is downtown disney with several bars and shopping areas. There are also several designers outlet malls in the area where you go shopping. FM me if you want more info!
