Has anyone Bought Antiques? Or gone shopping for some?
I really want to keep with the victorian theme of our co-op but I dont know where to begin!
Anyone have suggestions? Info? is it crazy expensive? I need a tiny china cabinet!

greenport has a lot of antique stores- some things arent too expensive - i think there are auctions on LI all the time - maybe you can look into that

Some of my friends say that they find great deals when they go to Yard Sales or Antique Sales that they find advertised in the local paper. Good Luck!!

There are a lot of antique shops in Huntington, but they charge an arm and a leg. Your best bet is to check out estate and yard sales. Coindre Hall has estate auctions often too.
