Has anyone bought this diet book yet?

It's called ' The Fast Track one-day Detox Diet' It's a diet that's supposed to rid your body of the bad toxins and you lose weight quickly at the same time. Found it in the For womens 1st magazine...Probably gonna buy it this weekend.

Anyone ever try it?? If so how was it??
