We had our bands made so I didn't buy our band from there but I bought fh a freeman ring from there bc I couldn't find it anywhere else. It came just as picture and seems like good quality I have no complaints.
I remember a 2010 bride, LSorrent, ordered her husbands band online and she had to exchange it for size, I believe, maybe even more than once... she said it was relly easy and no problem and she was happy with the outcome. So I'm sure if you FM her she'll tell you about it
