After swearing up and down , I went against my initial mind set and bought my gown at Kleinfelds! I've been hearing some crazy stories and of course that show doesn't help too much. Has anyone had experience with them?? GOOD BAD UGLY ?? I'll take any info lol

a lot of girls on here have had wonderful experiences. i didnt buy my dress there so i dont know but im sure some girls will let you know

I bought my dress there and so far I am happy with them. They told me it will take about 8 months to come in so I need to wait until September. They were very friendly and helpful. I spoke with a few girls who bought their dresses there and they were very happy too. They said they did a great job with the alterations.

I didn't buy there but I went and totally loved Keisha (who was my sales girl) she's so weird...in a good way. I'm sure it'll be fine. They have to add drama to the show! Plus, they wouldn't be showing their mistakes if they were unable to fix them.

My sis had a great experience there. The only downside was that you didn't get to look at the gowns on the racks (this was when they were in bay Ridge, not sure about now), and the saleswoman basically brought gowns to us. I think she sized us up based on the way we were dressed and only brought lower end gowns over. That kind of bothered me, but other than that it was a great experience. When my sister's gown came in her size, it was a little more revealing than she was comfortable with so the seamstress was actually able to make her a modesty piece that actually matched the beading on the dress perfectly and looked like it was there all along.

Crazy stories?? Ugh oh! They said my dress would be ready in about 6-7 months so I'm expecting February/March, so far no problems and I loved the salespeople I met with!

I ordered my gown recently, so far so good!
I have been delaing with keasha, and she has been amazing. I think it really depends on the consultant that you get.

I ordered my gown back in July and they have been nothing but great. I've been back about 3 more times, each time without an appointment. Last week I had just walked in to match my shoes up to my dress and they let me actually put the sample on with the shoes, again no appointment. They are really great. My sales lady is Evelyn and she is absolutely amazing, such a sweet lady and great help! They told me that the dresses come in 2 months before your wedding.
