I got my bachelors from Stony Brook and now I go there for graduate school, but I am non-matriculated.

I went to Hofstra...and for the money...I wish I went to Stoneybrook...but it was too far

I needed a letter recently from Hofstra and it took them 2 weeks to do!!!! 2 of my former employers had to do this letter too and they mailed it in a day!!

my BIL just graduated from SB (MA)...and I think he liked it...My sister got her MA from LIU and she liked it

Thanks - i will take you up on that when i have more time to think about it!

I have 20 million things going on - and I've decided to procrastinate by looking into graduate school!

I am going to Stony Brook also non-matriculated to take classes towards my Master Degree in Library Science. They do not have the program, but they have the 4 core classes. I will continue in Queens College. The people on this post who are getting their master degree, what are you studying?

Stony Brook would be good for a Masters in a field of science, like Biology and the tuition is more reasonable than Hofstra or Post. Good luck to you!!
