Has anyone ever had a guestbook that they made at there reception. I was thinking of having someone take Polaroid's of my guests ( I will have aprox 110) then put the pic in the guestbook, and have each guest sign there page? Im wondering if this is actually do-able..??

My DOC had recommended that to us. We really like the idea. She said it is doable. Sometimes you don't get everybody though!

i'm going to try to pull this off.
i've assigned a 'photographer' to be in charge of it.
i'm having a 'small-ish' wedding so i'm praying it works

Re: Has anyone done this at their reception???
I did this as a scrapbook thing for my mom's 50th b/day party. We had about 40 people there. Me and my cousin were doing this. This was a lot of work though keeping everyone in place and everything. JMO
My friend had this, I think it's a great idea, you are able to remember how beautiful everyone looked on your day. My friend said that she expected more film to be left over. I guess a lot of people took more than one picture and those pics didn't make it into the book. So, I would buy extra.

My brother did it and so many people didn't do it. I think maybe you need to assign a person to the book, have them take the picture and go around to people and have them sign it.

i was thinking of doing this too. but i was going to leave the polaroid by the book with instructions - that way if people werent into the picture part they could still sign the guest book like normal. of course id have to ask the banquet manager or whomever there to keep an eye on the area..

i think its a challenge because you need to have someone you really trust to get the job done right overseeing the entire project. But I also think it's a great idea.....
