Has anyone done this music combo -- singer, flute, piano?

I've been looking into using live music during the ceremony instead of recorded. The songs we know we want for sure are Ave Maria, Con Te Partiro, and the 'Clocks' instrumental for our recessional. This trio combination was suggested, but I'm not sure how it would sound ... Just wondering if anyone else had used a singer, piano, and flute? I'd be willing to give up the singer and go all instrumental, but what would I put in? A violin? Thanks

Also, if anyone has used Capriccio Ensemble and has a review, that'd be great . I searched for some but only found a few.
