Has anyone else been having problems signing on

I seem to be ok in the morning, but when I try to get onto LIW in the afternoon I can't get on. It has happened the last 2 days. I was wondering if it was me of if others were having the same problem.

Yes most of the day yesterday
Maybe they were doing more updates
