...the little Emote-Icons on the left how they move all around until you click on your first one to use and then they just stop moving

Does anyone else's jump after you pick the first one? Like, i just hit the LOL emoticon, and then the whole menu jumped up a little, so if I just kept clicking without moving my mouse, I'd get these guys: . But again, only for the first one. It's magic!

LOL...yeah it irritates me...i'm like cmon i just scrolled down there!!!!

Why are mine still moving? am i doing it wrong?
