Has anyone else noticed the prices are changing?

I am starting to get a lot more worthy hits in our price range....could it be the market leveling off and coming down a bit?

I hope I didn't just jinx myself. lol.

I've noticed that a bit too, but I think it's mainly that most sellers want to put their house on the market after the holidays, so they can sell in the Spring, move over the summer.

There wasn't much on the market in our area within the last 2 months - I'm hoping that changes pretty fast!

Yeah, I figured it was because of that, but I've noticed that the prices seem to be more reasonable too. I got almost 60 hits in one area for 4 bedroom houses under 400k!

Please let this be our year....

wow - that's not bad. I got only TWO hits for under $425K where we're searching It just seems to be getting worse and worse out there. Hopefully more houses on the market will change some things
