Has anyone else wasted money on things...RANT

I wanna scream right now, i bought bowls,rocks, floating candles to go on the pillars at ceremony, only to find out they arent at the hall, they are rented, every picture ive seen, and I SWEAR I discussed them with people there, so I assumed they just came with.... I'm not renting them! so now, I guess I'll use stuff for cocktail hour tables, but I had to just order extra to have enough so now Ive spent like $100 bucks with delivery fees of stuff for coktail hour tables, when i caould have spent like $40 through florist for something simple.... grrr
I also wasted like $25 on table number project that just went bad....
I just feel like I'm not doing things right.... Im starting to stress over things like this, 7 months to go, not a good sign

check your contract!

I bought that stuff too but I'm not sure if i'm allowed to have candles/or if they come with. I will find out soon. If I can't i'll return what i have or sell them.

Can you sell the items or return them?

I think I'm wasting money on two of my vendors and we're talking $3000 so far.

So I'm a little pissed off too. And depressed.

I bought ribbon at a stationary store and spent $60 on it just to decide that I didn't want to use it and that I couldn't take it back...

This is the reason I'm trying to limit my shopping now. I have so many things I wanted to get started on and decided to wait. i'm glad I did because half of those things I no longer want (or decided I can save the money and really don't need them)

I probably will end up wasting money somewhere along the line because I am artsy and crafty and will inevitbely end up doing something that needs to be fixed or doesn't work out how i want.

I curse myself for signing contracts so early.

I wish I had waited.

I don't think a wedding video is going to be a waste! You'll actually get to relive your vows and watch FHs expression as he sees you walk down the aisle. You actually get to relive the day!

I'm gonna keep them, and use them for sure for the cocktail room, just was annoyed.... I'm throwing my wooden table numbers out though the ones that look like they are for the gothic version of sesame street....
